Ruth E. 'Betty' Hedrick, 96, of Mason City, IA, died Monday, May 11, 2015, at her daughter’s home in Manly, IA. Per her wishes her body was donated to the University of Iowa and there will be no services. Memorials may be directed to the Betty Hedrick memorial fund in care of the family.
