Nancy L. Koerber

MASON CITY Nancy L. Koerber, 79, of Mason City, died Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at the Heritage Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, (July 18, 2009) at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Ave. with Rev. Jim Stiles of First United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be held in Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. till time of the service at the funeral home on Saturday. Memorials may be directed to the Nancy L. Koerber memorial fund in care of the family.
Nancy L. Koerber was born October 7, 1929 in Mason City, the daughter of Phyllis Pettis, she was later adopted by Emil Koerber. She attended Mason City High School and graduated in the class of 1947.
She is survived by her son, Kerry Brunson of Newport Coast, CA; grandchildren, Patrick, Nicholas and Brandon; and one sister, Melinda Stewart of Mason City.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two daughters, Tracy and Melanie.
