Larry D. Wyborny was born 9/20/40 in Plymouth, IA to Milton Roy and Ruth Margaret Wyborny. He passed on Tues, July 8, 2025 at Mercy Medical Center at the age of 84.

Larry had many different and amazing job opportunities and hobbies. He was a grave digger, worked at the Sugar Beet Plant, as well as for many farmers in the area. He helped move houses, and was an MP in the Army, where is was stationed in Brooklyn, NY. While stationed there, he watched the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge be erected.

His main career was working for 30+ years for NCR, repairing cash registers. He has several cash registers in his hobby room, and an old Gold National one that the grandchildren like to play with. He was very smart, and went to watch making classes, and could fix watches and clocks. He also had gadgets and trigger lights all over the house that would alert if he left the shop light or furnace on in the garage, the basement light on, or if the generator was running. He also enjoyed working on cars and anything mechanical. The kids in the neighborhood called him the "Gadget Man".

He was united in marriage to Suzanne C. Taylor on Oct. 26, 1963 at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. They have 3 sons, Scott, Curt (Tina), Chris (Mickie), and 6 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Ruth, two siblings (Jerry & Marvin). He is survived by his Wife, Children, Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, and several brothers and sisters.

The family has decided to not have a service, and will have a celebration of life next Summer.
