Christopher James Hamlin, 52, of Mason City, IA, died Wednesday, December 20, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center – North Iowa. No services are planned at this time.
Christopher was born March 11, 1965, in Iowa City, IA, the son of Donald J. and Sally (Rasmusson) Hamlin. Chris worked for many years at Pizza Hut. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends as well as singing karaoke, pottery, eating chinese food and making people laugh.
Chris is survived by his son: Nick (Kate) Hamlin; granddaughter: Sage Hamlin; son: Devon (Sarah) Lee; 3 sisters: Bev (Jim) McCoy, Patsy Berneman and Brenda Sherman; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law: Bill Berneman; grandparents; and nephew.
