Cheryl A. Hallman

Cheryl A. Hallman, 72, of Mason City died Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Heritage Care and Rehabilitation Center in Mason City.

A celebration of life service will be held 1 P.M., Sunday, September 16th at East Park in Mason City.

Cheryl Arlene Briscoe was born February 2, 1946 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Mason City to Bernard Bertrum Briscoe and Arlene Lavonne Cheesman. She worked at the courthouse for many years and also housekeeping at Mercy Hospital. Cheryl enjoyed watching movies, fishing, music, western shoes and movies, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

Cheryl is survived by her daughter, Connie Jo Colby of Clear Lake; granddaughters, Danielle Colby of Mason City and Megan Colby of Gordonsville, MN; and grandson, Anthony Chavez of Clear Lake. She is also survived by her beautiful great grandchildren; special friend of many years, Daniel Vega of Mason City; and very close friend, Mary Hippen of Mason City.
