Thelma Agnes Schuldt

March 13, 1920 — June 2, 2008

MASON CITY:  Thelma A. Schuldt, 88, of Mason City, died Monday, June 2, 2008 at the Heritage Care Center.  Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, June 6, 2008 at Grace Evangelical Free Church, 440 Illinois Ave. N., with Pastor Scott Davis officiating.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.  Interment will be in Elmwood- St. Joseph Cemetery.  Memorials may be directed to Gideon's International memorial fund.Thelma was born on March 13, 1920 in Mankato, MN, the daughter of Mike and Mary (Abdo) George.   She graduated from Central Sioux City High School in 1938.  She was married to Clifford L. Schuldt on March 13, 1961 in Luverne, MN.  She enjoyed traveling and her family and friends were an important aspect of her life.    She was a member of the Grace Evangelical Free Church in Mason City, where she enjoyed being an active member.
Thelma is survived by her husband, Clifford of Mason City; her children, Betty Sadler and husband Cletus of Waterloo, IA, Tim Walker and wife Ellie of Green Cove Springs, FL, Marie Farrington of Waterloo, IA, Mark Walker of Gulfport, MS, David Walker of Forest City, Mary Jane Buck of NC, Cindy Werle of NC, Rhonda Schuldt of Rochester, MN; and sister, Freda Coury of Sioux City, IA; and seven grandchildren.
 She was preceded in death by her parents; son, William Joseph Schuldt; brothers, Herbert and William George; sisters, Agnes Frazey, Margaret Abdo, Frances Coover, and Bernice George.
