Sandra Kay Dean

Sandra Kay Dean, 58, of 199 N. Crescent Drive, died Friday (February 6, 2004) at home. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Wednesday at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Avenue. Her body will be cremated. Memorials may be given to the Sandra Kay Dean Memorial Fund. Sandra was born April 14, 1945 in Mason City the daughter of Calvin and Elsie Young. She graduated from Mason City High School in 1963 and was a life long resident of Mason City. Sandra was currently employed by Kraft Foods where she loved working. She enjoyed making things for her co-workers, knitting and was a Chicago Bears fan. She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Dean of Mason City; 2 sisters, Audrey Pappas and husband Alex ?John? of Mason City, Connie Phelps and husband Gene of Peoria, AZ; brother, Ronald Young and wife Bertie of Mason City; several nieces and nephews. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and a son.
