Paul E. Heller, 62, of Mason City, IA, died Wednesday, September 17, 2014, at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 3, 2014, at Grace Evangelical Free Church, 440 N Illinois Ave, Pastor Nick Daugherty officiating. Family and friends may gather one hour prior to services. Inurnment will take place at a later date. Memorials for Paul may be sent to the family. Paul was born February 9, 1952, in Forest City, IA, the son of Kenneth G. and Florence (Moe) Heller. He graduated from Garner-Hayfield High School in 1970, and continued his education at Waldorf College, Luther College and Mankato State College graduating with a BA in Business. In 1978, Paul married Rita Devney in Mankato. The couple later divorced. Paul enjoyed farm life, visiting with friends and most of all – automobiles. He also enjoyed singing and was a former member of various choral groups. Paul is survived by 2 brothers: Steven Heller and wife Vivian and their daughter Stephanie Johnson of Forest City and Jon Heller of Lake Mills, IA; 1 sister: Karin Heller of Mason City; and 1 son: Michael Vollbrecht of Lawrence, KS. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a nephew: Eric Heller.

Cemetery:
Inurnment will take place at a later date.
