Loretta M. Frank, 91, of 1435 N. Madison, died Tuesday (October 19, 2004) at USA Healthcare. A funeral mass will be held 10:30 AM Friday at Holy Family Catholic Church, 714 N. Adams with Rev. Jon Seda officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Avenue and continue one hour before the mass at the church. A scriptural wake service will be held 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the Loretta M. Frank Memorial Fund. Loretta was born February 4, 1913 in Farindola, Italy the daughter of Anthony and Annunziata (Puccella) DiGregorio. She attended school in Italy. In 1929, at the age of 16, Loretta along with her mother, younger brother and sister came to the United States. She began working for Jacob E. Decker and Sons in 1933. She worked 42 years at Decker?s retiring in 1975. Loretta married Jacob P. Frank November 11, 1940 in Mason City. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic and the Catholic Daughters. Loretta is survived by 2 sons, Jerry Frank of Mason City, Ronald Frank of Mason City; 5 grandchildren, Laura Frank, Lisa Frank, Mark Frank and wife Tara, Michelle and Jenna Frank; 1 great grandchild, Ashley; sister, Yolonda Gibbs of Redding, CA; 2 brothers, Paris DiGregorio and wife Jean of Henry, IL, Nicholas DiGregorio and wife Dorothy of Mason City; several nieces and nephews.
