Linda L. Lynch, 71, of Mason City, died Sunday, February 3, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center – North Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, February 7, 2013, at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, with Pastor Larry Day of the Victory in Christ Free Church officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM on Wednesday (February 6, 2013) at Major Erickson Funeral Home. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Linda Lynch memorial fund in care of the family. Linda was born April 16, 1941, in Iowa City, IA, the daughter of Andrew Jr. and Grace (Jensen) Larson. She graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1959. Linda married Joseph C. Lynch on March 25, 1961, in Princeton, MO. Linda enjoyed spending time with her family, taking care of her Chihuahuas, crafts, shopping at Wal-Mart, camping, traveling in the motor home, taking trips to Jamaica, Canada and Mexico, and crocheting afghans. Linda crocheted a special baby blanket for each of her grandchildren. She also enjoyed working at Wendy’s for 30 years before her retirement in 2003. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Linda was a wonderful homemaker and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Linda is survived by 3 sons: Larry Lynch and fiancée Kelly Bowling of Mason City, James Lynch of Mason City, Jerry Lynch of San Francisco, CA; 1 daughter: Pam Langhoff and husband Dave of Mason City; 4 grandchildren: Justin (Jacki) Lynch, Steven Lynch, Crystal Lynch and Andy Lynch; 6 great-grandchildren, Kyndra, Annabel and Jaxon Wilcox, Justice, Jocalyn and Jesup Lynch; 1 sister: Deeann Lee Horstman of Mason City; nephew: Joe Kalvig of Mason City; and sister-in-law: Betty Jane Kalvig of Mason City. She was preceded in death by her parents; parents-in-law; and her husband in 2011.

Cemetery:
Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery

Memorials may be directed to the Linda Lynch memorial fund in care of the family

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM on Wednesday (February 6, 2013) at Major Erickson Funeral Home
