MASON CITY: Judith A. Huff, 73, of Mason City, died Thursday, December 19, 2013 at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit. Funeral services will be held 1:30 pm Monday, December 23, 2013 at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, 2502 S. Jefferson with Rev. Jim Magelssen officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00 pm Sunday at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Avenue. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church. Judy was born November 2, 1940 in rural Clear Lake, Iowa the daughter of Floyd and Ruth (Nelson) Harms. She graduated from Mason City High School. Judy married John M. Huff November 1, 1958 in Mason City. Judy worked a number of years for Cerro Gordo County as a home health care aid. She was a member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church. A few of her interests included music, camping, and animals. Judy is survived by her husband, John of St. Petersburg, Florida; 2 sons, Steven Huff of St. Petersburg, Florida, and Kelly Huff of Mason City; sister, Donna (Roger) Bertelson of Mason City; sister in-law, Wilma Harms of Waterloo. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons, Brett and Todd, and 1 brother, Floyd Jr.
