Helen Martin

Helen R.Martin, 77, of Mason City, died Friday, April 4, 2008, at the Good Shepherd Health Center.   A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Ave, with Pastor Jeni Bohls of St. James Lutheran Church officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.  Memorials may be directed to the Helen Martin memorial fund.
 
Helen was born November 22, 1930, in Scarville, IA.  She worked for the Armour Food Company for many years.  She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church and enjoyed bird watching and reading books. 
 
She is survived by her children:  Dennis Beckwith of Clear Water, FL, and twins:  Kathy Beckwith of Colorado Springs, CO. and Kerry Beckwith of Hibbing, MN. 
 
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and several brothers and sisters.
