Harold R. Pike, 93, of 302 2nd St. NE, died Tuesday (June 10, 2003) at Good Shepherd Health Center. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Friday at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, with Mr. Robert Orr, Gospel Hall officiating. Interment will be 2:30 PM in Hitesville Cemetery, rural Kesley. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday at Major Erickson Funeral Home and continue Friday till time of service. Memorials may be given to the Harold R. Pike Memorial Fund. Harold was born July 11, 1909 in Worth County the son of Walter and Isabel (Kvale) Pike. He graduated from Otranto High School. He married Pearl Naber May 11, 1929 in Austin, MN. On January 6, 1938 he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior. Harold lived in Mitchell County for 25 years, Franklin County for 35 years where he was active in Farming. He and his wife moved to Mason City in May of 1993. He was a member of the Aredale and Mason City Gospel Hall. Harold is survived by his children; Darell Pike of Nora Springs, Dean Pike and wife Anna of Houston, TX, Roy Pike and wife Shirley of Mason City, Loy Pike of Mason City, Paul Pike and wife Emily of Ocala, FL, Sharon Uhlenhopp and husband Lynn of Cedar Falls, Patsy Crowe and husband John of Surrey B.C. Canada, Shannon Miller and husband Tom of Ocala, FL, Sisters; Dorothy Naber of Mason City, Alice Olson of Northwood, Thelma DeLaney of Austin, MN, Sister-in-laws; Gwendolyn Pike of St. Ansgar, Marvylene Pike of Joice, 27 grandchildren, 58 great grandchildren, 20 great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Harold was preceded in death by his parents, wife; Pearl, 3 brothers; Archie, Guy and Roy, 3 sisters; Truly, Elmo and Lucy, 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren
