Etta L. Heinold, 97, of Lakefield, Minnesota formerly of Mason City, died Thursday (May 15, 2003) at Colonial Manor Nursing Home, Lakefield. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, with Pastor Larry Day, Rolling Acres Free Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the service Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the Etta L. Heinold Memorial Fund. Etta was born May 8, 1906 in Byron Village Olmsted County Minnesota the daughter of Clarence and Elizabeth Etta (Williams) Farrington. She graduated from Wykoff High School in 1925. Etta married Arthur A. Heinold Sr. November 27, 1930 in Nashua, Iowa. The Heinold?s moved to Mason City where Etta worked as a drapery maker for Kellum Interiors. She was a member of Rolling Acres Free Methodist Church, enjoyed sewing, gardening and reading. Etta is survived by her children; Marilyn Smith and husband Charles of Van Meter, Elaine Invie and husband Larry of Sioux Falls, SD, Arthur D. Heinold Jr. of Kirksville, MO, Roland M. ?Bud? Heinold and wife Alice of Mason City, 13 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, sister-in-law; Ella Farrington, several nieces and nephews Etta was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Arthur, son; Dale, 2 sisters and half brother
