Berniece M Lunde

Berniece M. Lunde, 98, of Collinsville, Illinois, born December 24, 1917, in Caseyville, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, May 16, 2016 at the Trinity Lutheran Church, with the Pastor Kathy Graves officiating.

Berniece was an active, lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Mason City, Iowa.
Surviving are two sisters, Audrey LaSurs of Collinsville, IL., and Marilyn (Robert) Bussen of St. Cloud, FL.; two step-daughters, Gerry Lujan, Carol (Dwayne) Evanson, grandchildren, Gary (Julie) Selberg, Gregg Selberg, Mark Selberg, Jeff (Jeanne) Evanson, Kim Calhoun, Lisa Lujan, great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter, and many nieces, nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin Lunde, Parents, Alexander D. and Mary A., (Seipp) Haig; a brother, Irvin Haig; and six sisters, Euphemia Haig, Inez Kuhlmann, Iva Mowe, Elvera Pazdera, Margaret Haig, her identical twin, Verniece Cox and step-daughter, Colleen Alme.

Memorials are requested to Trinity Lutheran Church in Mason City, Iowa.
